Return Policy

To meet your needs The Hardware Pro has a NO Hassle return policy. Items purchased from Hardware Pro can be returned for refund (excluding shipping and handling fees) within 30 days (exclusions apply-see below).

Items must be in original packaging and in excellent resell condition, with all paperwork, parts and accessories included. Returned merchandise that has been used, previously installed, or damaged in any way will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returns must accompany a Hardware Pro issued Retuned Goods Authorization. To obtain this, please contact customerservice@thehardwarepro.ca. All RGA’s are valid for 30 days and will not be accepted after expiration. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all fees associated with returned shipping.

Credits for returned merchandise will be issued upon The Hardware Pro’s receipt and approval of return goods via original form of payment.

Exceptions to this policy include incidents where The Hardware Pro has shipped product in error, in which case The Hardware Pro will cover all necessary shipping fees.

 

Returns

*All merchandise (excluding electrical products, specialty, non-stock, custom, modified, and cut to size merchandise) must be returned within 30 days, in excellent, re-sell condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. Please note returns will not be accepted without prior approval by The Hardware Pro and must accompany an issued Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for all shipping charges incurred with returning items to The Hardware Pro. A restocking fee of 25% will also apply.

*Returns will not be accepted after the 30 day time period.

*Unaccepted returns will not be returned to the customer.

 

Exceptions

*Specialty, non-stock, custom, modified, and cut to size merchandise cannot be returned.

*Electronic Hardware and merchandise cannot be returned.

*Incidents where The Hardware Pro has shipped product in error, in which case The Hardware Pro will cover all necessary shipping fees.

 

Damaged Goods

Should the shipment arrive damaged, it is the responsibly of the customer to contact the freight carrier for reconciliation. The Hardware Pro will not be liable for merchandise that is damaged or lost during shipping.

 

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 25% will also apply.

 

Refunds

All accepted returns will be refunded via the original form of payment.
